Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here is what you need to know.

Quick Summary

  • ✓Free cancellation if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled pickup
  • ~50% refund if cancelled between 6 and 24 hours before scheduled pickup
  • ✗No refund for cancellations within 6 hours of scheduled pickup or no-shows
  • ✈Flight delays: no charge — we automatically adjust at no extra cost

1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process via Stripe

All refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Refund processing times:

  • Visa / Mastercard: 5–10 business days
  • American Express: 3–5 business days

Tucker DMC Travel does not charge any cancellation processing fee. Stripe may retain its transaction fee on the original payment.

4. Flight Delays — No Extra Charge

If your flight is delayed, you are not required to cancel or modify your reservation. Tucker DMC Travel monitors all flights in real time. If a delay is detected, your driver's arrival time will be adjusted automatically at no additional cost.

This service applies for delays of any duration. For cancellations or diversions (flight cancelled by the airline), please contact us as soon as possible.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, contact us through any of the following channels:

6. Round-Trip Reservations

For round-trip reservations, each leg is treated independently for cancellation purposes. You may cancel one leg without affecting the other, subject to the same time-based policy above.
