We process your data based on (a) the performance of the contract for transportation services you have requested, and (b) your consent provided at the time of booking.

5. Payment Data — Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Tucker DMC Travel does not store credit card numbers or any sensitive payment information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations (typically 3 years for accounting and tax records in Mexico). After this period, data is securely deleted.
