Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Tucker DMC Travel provides private, door-to-door ground transportation services between Cancún International Airport (CUN) and hotel destinations throughout the Riviera Maya, including Cancún Hotel Zone, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and surrounding areas. By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Reservations and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD and are fixed at the time of booking.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • A confirmed reservation constitutes a binding agreement for the service on the specified date, time, and route.
  • Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking code.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Meeting point: For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. You are responsible for locating your driver within the agreed waiting time.
  • Waiting time: Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, free of charge.
  • Accurate information: You are responsible for providing correct flight details, contact information, and hotel address at the time of booking.
  • Passenger count: Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded. If additional passengers are added on the day of service, we cannot guarantee accommodation.

4. Flight Delays

Tucker DMC Travel monitors your flight in real time via AeroDataBox. In the event of a confirmed flight delay, we will automatically adjust your pickup time at no additional charge. We are not liable for delays caused by airlines, air traffic control, or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tucker DMC Travel's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transfer service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, hotel check-in deadlines, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, force majeure).

We carry full liability insurance for passengers in our vehicles as required by Mexican transportation law.

7. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our drivers and not engage in conduct that endangers the safety of the vehicle. Tucker DMC Travel reserves the right to terminate service without refund in cases of abusive behavior.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
